A top-notch iPad was shipped to me. I ordered a refurbished iPad listed as "excellent." It came as described. I can't find any issues at all. The device looks new. Even the battery is in great shape. The only issue was that the iPad came with the wrong charging cord. The seller fixed that. Kudos for an excellent transaction and customer service!

Great condition! A small but visible mark on the bottom of the iPad is all I could see but that part isn’t even visible when in a case and appears to be from normal wear. Thank you! So far so good on first day unboxing

I looked into this seller because they were offering a great deal! For the price of a new iPad Pro with 128GB of storage from the Apple Store, I would be getting the same iPad but with double the storage (256GB)! I thought that this was too good to be true, and it unfortunately was.Having my hopes, I gave in to the temptation and ordered an iPad from this seller on Amazon. The delivery was fast. The iPad came in a generic cardboard box (as advertised) and with a generic non-apple charger (also as advertised). I was hoping to be one of the lucky few who got a brand new iPad with the original box and charger, but oh well I guess. I was still excited and happy to have my new iPad. I opened it and turned it on and it worked as it was supposed to. I set it up with my Apple ID and I transferred my old iPad's data over without a problem. I used an Apple pencil with it, I tried out the camera, the microphone, the speakers, the buttons, almost everything; it all worked as it intended to! I should mention that the iPad did come a little dirty, with a few black circles on the back of the iPad which I had to use a liquid and a towel to clean off (the screen was perfectly clean). The iPad also had a small, but noticeable, scuff on one of the top edges, so that was a bit disappointing. Either way I was still happy with my new iPad :).Later that day when I had drained the battery, I went to charge it with the generic charger that it came with. It connected for a few seconds and then it automatically stopped charging for some odd reason. I disconnected and connected the charger from the iPad a few times and the same thing happened over and over again. I tried different wall outlets and different chargers, and the iPad continued to have the same issue. That's when I realized that the iPad's charging port was faulty. I took it to the Apple Store in hopes that they could help me without paying for a fix, and they turned me away and told me that it was better to return the iPad to the seller.So that's what I did. I requested a return label, which took them about a week to send me, and I sent it back. I didn't get my refund until much later on (I don't remember how long it took them, but I'm sure it took them at least another week for the refund to show up on my account).In conclusion, I wouldn't trust this offer or the seller. They should've checked the device to make sure it worked perfectly, but they failed to do so with the device I received. Beware!

No en las condiciones que esperaba por el precio, tenía algunos rasguños en la pantalla y el paquete un poco descuidado para ser una tablet, que debería estar más protegida. Cargador genérico no funcional, centro de carga no tan bueno, carga muy lenta y la batería baja muy rápido. Se pega en algunas ocasiones.En fin, no tan satisfecho.

Basically was brand new when I bought and received it. Aside from some very very minor blemishes (back of the iPad, there are like 2 tiny dents and a scratch) this thing does what I need it to do, and does it well. I bought this back in 2023 and I’ve been in love with it since. One of my best purchases to date. I chose this even over the newer M2/M3 models at the time because there’s really no need to put money towards that when this model does exactly that lmao.There is an occasional area on the iPad where the Apple Pencil will not respond while taking notes, somewhere near the top/middle right, or sometimes where the pencil won’t respond at all for a few seconds while taking notes at all (THIS IS MAINLY WHILE USING GOODNOTES, maybe it has something to do with the constant need of switching colors/tools and the menu bar being in that same area) but it goes away quickly or doesn’t bother me enough to where it’s considered defective.It’s fast, responsive, has great storage (I got the 128gb version, still haven’t even used all of it) and was super easy to set up and start using. Very lightweight (without the case) and the touch screen works as expected, minus that issue with the Apple Pencil. Mind you, that only happens with the pencil itself. No issues with finger to screen.
