Much better than the round tips
These tips are designed to fit the shape of the inside of your ear. As a result, its a much tighter fit and they don't fall out like the round ones tend to do.

Not as advertised!
Advertisement does not disclose presence of small plastic connector inside each which does not fit my Rexton hearing aids. Amazon ad says these are for Rexton hearing aids, but does not fit mine. Because of low cost, too much of a hassle to return for a refund. Apparently will only fit specific Rexton hearing aids.
