I bought this for a 1995 Jaguar XJ12 that has the factory auto dimming mirror. Because of age and Alabama summer heat, an as new OEM costing around $200 will ultimately discolor and delaminate internally. This isn't a perfect remedy, but it helps greatly.

Better visibility but poor mounting clips
the mirror clips are not firm enough when you readjust the mirror for each driver, and clips slip off center.(the Tesla original mirror is a very tight mouting) The size does improve the rear view because of the Model 3small rear window, --The mirror also obstructs the window visor when pulled down.That being said, the rear line of sight is improved. This is a 2- to 3 star item, if they improve the mounting andtake 1/2 inch off the size it might be a better product

Easy to install.
The suction cup makes it totally easy to install. I wish I tried this type of review mirror earlier vs the epoxy model.
