I started taking this Shilajit twice a day without doing exercise because I was lazy and tired after sleep. Now I am improving after using it for 5 days I am not feeling tired it boosts my energy. But my blood pressure has become very high this day after using it twice without any exercise so I will use it only at bedtime. I think this Shilajit is pure and affordable price as compared to other Shilajit listed on Amazon India. This is not pure shilajit. It seems to be adulterated and mixed with some other greasy resin or substance. I would not buy it again
