Helps with acid reflux
Helps sleep better with acid reflux, very comfortable and durable. It is pretty big but works great

Stopped tossing and turning
I've been a side sleeper and have had issues with low back and hip tightness that I think was caused by my sleep positions. I'd toss and turn waking repeatedly through the night to readjust leg and side pillows. While I've tried to train myself to sleep on my back I could never find the right pillow setup to provide comfort, support, and elevation. This 7" wedge is amazing. It seems longer than other options and tapers to a soft point so the edge is unnoticeable. With a soft pillow and this wedge I've been sleeping on my back through the night.

Perfect, except it's too short for anyone over 5'9"
I love this wedge, it helps with acid reflex, keeps weight off my shoulder when I sleep, and helps keep phlegm from collecting in my throat (used to wake up hacking it all out). The ONLY problem is the wedge is only 27" long. I hover around 5' 11" and either my head is smashed into my headboard, or my bottom 2 or 3 spine vertebrae are not on the wedge, which causes some mild back pain. The solution I found is to scoot the wedge about 4 inches away from the top of my bed, then to let the top half of my head/pillow extend beyond the top of the wedge. It's not ideal because the wedge slowly slides back, but usually not far enough each night to wake me.I would give 5 stars to a wedge that was 30-33 inches long for those of us a bit taller. But Milliard sadly doesn't make any I can find. Either way still worthwhile and helps me sleep, so long as I remember to scoot!

Not comfortable for sleeping
The pillow is as described, I may be able to find a use for it other than sleeping on it.I purchased it to sleep on to help with acid reflux and snoring. Sleeping on it did not work for me at all. I had neck pain that woke me up all night. No matter how I repositioned myself or added additional pillows, I could not avoid pain.I did see other reviews mentioning neck pain. I just thought I could find a way to make it work.

Perfect!
I recently had surgery & need to keep legs up while resting. I've had these before & they never lasted. This one is fantastic!! It is soo soft to touch, comfortable and very well made. I find myself using all the time because it is so nice.

Just as good as the higher priced one!
I have found that this type of pillow, along with tape over my mouth to prevent mouth breathing, has reduced my snoring considerably! I have an app on my phone that records the sound, the frequency and the volume of my snores and when I use both of these items I'm sleep better. I had to leave this one in Florida but I have the more expensive one in Michigan. Now I have to get one of these to stay in Texas for when I visit my daughter.

Amazing but the smell!!
I was getting almost no sleep when I hit the 7 month of pregnancy mark. I hating those tube like pregnancy pillows! I always ended out on my back too. I told my doctor I’m having a hard time staying in my side at night. She told me I was safe to sleep on my back pregnant if I was very elevated (that was for me, ask your doctor first). Once I bought this pillow I was comfortably sleeping again!!!My only issue is the smell is EXTREMELY STRONG! When I unzipped it from the case it was like someone sprayed spry paint right up my nose! I had to leave it in the garage for a few days!

Comfort
This is soft enough and firm enough. Great if you suffer from sinus drainage. Has improved my sleep. I do not toss and turn like I use to.
