Ok overall.
This is really an unnecessary equipment but my wife thinks it will help her make abdominal work easier. The resistance going down is too soft and the foam doesn’t really offer any support. TBD on durability. If not because of my wife I would have never bought this.

im only 6 foot 260 all my weight is in my belly from too much soda lol. i barley fit on this thing and you use it properly my legs barley fit in the spot your suppose to place them to do the abbs stuff. only real i got it it was 125. be nice if they had a how top use video with some other than a small person with abs already.

So versatile
This was a simple setup workout item and it is top notch in versatility. The design allows you to get a good routine with many different muscle groups. This is also so convenient to store. Good cushion for comfortable sitting or recliner positions. Easy to adjust and so user friendly in our experience. Really tough steel design. Craftsmanship on the cushion areas is solid. Quality bench for an affordable price. The form really fits the functions. Great weight capacity max. Safe to use. I love the CD included. Tough powder coating prevents scratching.
