We purchased it recently and it is working perfectly as our bathroom tiles now glazing...

Though I bought it couple of years ago, I just started using it and really helpful in cleaning the outer side of the window glasses in high rise apartments where it’s difficult to access the outer side of the window. The built-in squeegee is also very useful.

The telescopic handle simply slips up and in the process causes discomfort (I later realized that it may also result in physical injuries).It does not help to clean dirt between the tiles. Therefore no point using this product when you still need to use something else to remove dirt that is between the tiles.I was hoping this would be a good useful produict for the price paid...but no value in this one.....you may also end ujp injuring yourself with the kind of telescopic handle that just slips up.
