250 tablets for $5.50 is hard to beat! The bottle is a great size and reseals tightly. These are easy to take, and I like that they’re vegetarian. Perfect for long-term use without frequent reordering.

When I started taking them, I got very nauseous and sick. So I have to say, take them with food, anything, but not on an empty stomach. Now that I take them with food, everything's fine. Excellent product. Inexpensive.
