You know I feel that the red therapeutic putty it feels as firm as the blue therapeutic putty!! Which is a double A Plus for me because I really don't like the extra soft putty,, and I like the colors red anyway including the blue.It's just the red feels the same as the blue, a teeny bit softer than the blue but it's still firm.So that's a better price for me almost the same price as the blue putty.,If I may make a suggestion though please,I would suggest possibly redoing the labeling the firm parts of it a little bit better because I'm not sure about black because I never had it before, but the red and the blue are both firm so it's possible that maybe the tan and the yellow are softer than the red and the blue but then I don't know because I didn't try all of them yet.The colors are very awesome and bright I love the colors! 🙂 Also if I can make make another suggestion,,,, can you make white therapeutic putty as well? Why? Because white goes with everything just like black goes with everything... 😂.Love you guys and gals keep up the good work!!!!

This stuff is amazing, but I genuinely had no idea what I was buying - I just bought the stuff the pretty lady in the YouTube tutorial told me to buy THE CONTAINER NEEDS AN IDIOT-STICKER TO ALERT PEOPLE NOT TO THROW IT AWAY!!!!!!Seriously. Don't leave this stuff laying around - ESPECIALLY not on wood!!!!!! It literally flattens out and takes the form of whatever it's on.

This stuff is good, but unclear what level of hardness to get. I have pretty strong hands and have ordered 3 times now because the ones I ordered (red and blue) are too hard for me. It also has some smelly kind of oil or something on the surface. I just used a cloth to take that off and it's fine now.

This was originally used to help my son as part of his coping. He found in therapy, it was nice to play with droopy putty and other times one that he can "break" with a quick tear (the black one). We got our own set to use at home. Colors are as shown. Easy to see the different levels of firmness which are a good for part for his play/frustrating times. He does not mix them. It's one at a time and put them away. It is not sticky on your hands, so that helps with the play as he will wrap it around his hand/up his arm sometimes. We've had them for about 6 months now and the are still as food now as they were on day 1- so a good value as well.

The primary use for TheraPutty appears to involve physical therapy. However, it’s a great tool for grip training. I like HeavyGrips, heavy rubber balls, and tennis balls. However, TheraPutty allows you to check whether you’re using your full grip equally and offers flexibility in exercises, down to individual digits and thumbs. For instance, you can’t train your extensors with a gripper. It’s either squeeze and hold for duration or squeeze and release in repetitions.With the putty, you can push your fingers in and extend or work your thumbs as hooks. You can do the rehabilitative loops for flexors and extensors, squeeze until your fingers touch your palm, and even use it for resistance for fist formations such as the Phoenix eye fist (extend first knuckle like you’re pressing an elevator button) or the leopard’s paw.After a few weeks of constant use, I now can close the elusive larger grippers (250 lbs.) a few times. It’s also great to strengthen hands and wrists for things like hitting a heavy bag or lifting large skillets or yard work. Probably good for golf or baseball. I can’t think of a sport or martial art that doesn’t benefit from better grip strength: Judo, boxing or badminton. Automation also has contributed to relative declines in grip strength, which leads to poor gripping for work or sport and can contribute to injuries.The convenience of the 4 oz. package and the exercises makes this an add-on activity. If you’re not rehabilitating, and possibly if you are, you can use it on walks, while watching television, while on the phone, or while watching your kids’ sporting events.
