Good quality, great value
We purchased a goodly number of Le Creuset pans when we installed the induction hob.We have added to them since and this just about completes the set. These pans are not cheap, we wouldn't want them to be but the reduced price was too good to miss.If this pan is as good as the rest, we shall be well satisfied

Le creuset quality
Brought it on an extended-payment basis. It’s easy to clean as are all le creuset stainless steel items - have the saucepans and stockpot and after a while they get an appealing patina of age. Heavy, so not suitable if you have weak wrists. After 7 years don’t look like the box-fresh specimens you have on This Morning and Masterchef but are reliable. The sauté pan has to go on the lowest heat as it conducts so well. Have cooked Chicken korma, lamb’s liver and slow-fried onions and Chicken liver curry. All slightly faster than my non-stick le creuset which I save for cauli rice. A fry-up of bacon, chipolata sausages mushrooms and tomatoes had to have the time revised for the bacon as it sizzled to crispness quickly. Liver got a crisp patina. Rich umami, from the coconut flour, thyme salt and pepper dredging which captures the moisture leaving the organs as they cook. A good purchase, but beware super-conductivity. A speedy little gadget. Have to concentrate on the food. No multi tasking. Buy it. You know you deserve it.

Le Creuset 3-Ply Stainless Steel Sauté pan with Lid, 24 x 6.5 cm
Having heard the horrors of using non stick pans & our fry pan being on its last legs, I decided to spend a few bob more than normal on this beauty. It is the best pan I have ever used, just follow instructions to season it (not hard to do) & warm it slowly & don’t turn it too high. It cooks things beautifully, food slides off easily & it cleans like a dream (better than any so called non stick I’ve had before). It is a solid, well made item I expect to be using for years & years & years.

Expensive but worth it
Bought to complement my other stainless steel Le Creuset pans which I have had for 12 years and still perfect - yes there are aot of money for a pan but, if you look after them, you will own them for them for the rest of your life then pass them on to someone else - perfect size and good weight, this is great for so many things - it gets used regularly

Fantastic pan
I bought this nearly three years ago when my previous saute pan died an honourable death. Have used it several times a week since and it's still a pleasure to use. Great for sauteing - obviously - but I also use it for pasta sauces, risottos etc. Never had sticking or burning. Keeps food warm for ages after you take it off the heat - very handy if juggling multiple pans. The quality adds so much to my enjoyment of cooking (and eating) that I've now got another four pans in the range, including the uncoated frying pan. If you enjoy cooking, consider this item. Expensive, but a joy to use and will outlast me!

Excellent quality, induction ready, dishwasher safe
Very pleased with this saute pan. I didn't want non-stick because it eventually wears off and the pan has to be thrown away (recycled). This is heavy based, with a well fitting lid. Works on induction and can go in the dishwasher. The only tiny criticism is that it doesn't have a handle at the front, unlike the saucepans in the same range. This is the pan that would benefit from it, whereas the saucepans don't really need it.
