Expensive but the best USB-C toothbrush for travel hands down
I bought this to be used exclusively as a travel toothbrush and it does not disappoint. In fact its truly overkill considering the price. It ticked all the boxes for me, it has a nice premium leather travelling case that can be charged via any USB-C cable. The case fits both the head and the body of the brush so those reviews claiming the head doesn't fit are total nonsense. Another major winning feature for me is that it doesn't automatically turn itself off after 4 brushing periods (20s on this one) like 99% of other travel friendly toothbrushes. It just carries on for as long as you want to keep brushing. As for brushing performance its far superior to the cheaper sonic style ones too.

The best toothbrush I've ever used!!!
The best toothbrush I've ever used!!!The phone app is ok ... I found the training sessions useful and the warning on overpressure and scrubbing are good. However, for me I tend not to use it that much now that I'm familiar with the product.

Complete Rip-Off and an Utter Disappointment!
I've been a loyal Philips Sonicare customer for nearly 20 years, but their quality has been steadily declining while their prices are skyrocketing. My last Sonicare stopped working just outside the warranty, not happy but I thought I'd give this supposedly new, "improved" AI version a try. BIG MISTAKE.This piece of junk stops halfway every single time I use it. AI? What AI? There's absolutely no evidence of any meaningful artificial intelligence in this cheap, flimsy gadget. It feels like a toy, not a premium toothbrush. To make matters worse, THIS SELLER HASN'T EVEN HAD THE DECENCY to respond to my complaints. I also contacted Philips customer care, and guess what? No reply. For the amount of money I spent, I expect at the very least some basic customer service.I've returned this worthless toothbrush and will never buy Philips again. Thanks for nothing, Philips!

Probably the best electric toothbrush in the world
I bought this to replace my Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Smart which finally died after 6 years of faithful service. My dentist always compliments me on my oral hygiene so much so that at 57 years of age I have yet had to see a hygienist because, as my dentist can confirm my teeth are virtually plaque free.I attribute this solely to my old Sonicare toothbrush.I had no hesitation in immediately purchasing this new, updated version of my old toothbrush and expected it to behave in more or less the same way. In someways it did. It was comfortable to hold, nicely weighted and good to look at. The performance however was different. It is actually better (I didn’t think it possible) than my old one. Initially I thought it a little vicious in its vibration and indeed it was. But this is no ordinary toothbrush, it “learns” and it has now settled into a very effective brushing programme that perfectly suits my brushing style. My teeth have never felt so clean and I can definitely see that they are whiter. The included charging case (with USB cable) is very attractive and effective, perfect for travelling. In my opinion this, being Philips top of the range Sonicare has to the best electric toothbrush available. I haven’t always bought Sonicare, I have tried the others but believe me, once you give one of these a go you won’t look back and your dentist will thank you for it!

Love it
Day 1 using this thing was a shock. I'd got a sonic toothbrush but it didn't have different intensity levels. This comes out the box on the highest setting and it was like a jackhammer by comparison. I had to turn the intensity down eventually but it's nice to know it's there if you want a really deep clean. Main considerations for me purchasing this model was the desire for USB charging, a smaller handle, brand reputation, nice travel case. Ticks all the boxes. It's obviously expensive but if it lasts a good few years it'll be well worth the investment. Battery lasts well, at least 10-12 days in real world use.

Very Basic Smart Features - Tracking not great
This is my second purchase of this toothbrush due to leaving my other one in a hotel! The Philips Sonicare range are good in my opinion, having used both oral B and Philips i do prefer the Philips due to the fact it is much quieter when brushing. The toothbrush is stylish and smart, battery life is ok - lasts me around a week before i need to charge. It's easy to keep clean and the wireless charging is great. The vegan leather case is smart, although i do wish it had an internal USB C cord instead of a separate one which you need to remember to pack.Rather annoyingly you only get one toothbrush head in this pack - the rest of the world seem to get 4 included, however us brits as always get taken advantage of.The smart features are a complete gimmick in my personal opinion, the mouth tracking is poor and continuously gets the location wrong. If it does miss a section then there is no going back without a manual re start of the brush and then the app will follow on - surely the smart features should tell me to go back and clean an area that it feels i have neglected. I think the oral B is much better at directing you than the Philips. I do however like the smart brush head count - to le me know when i need to replace the extortionately priced toothbrush heads!!I am a fan of electric brushing and i do feel my teeth are much cleaner than with a manual brush. I like this brush however don't believe the hype is all i am saying and then you won't be disappointed. Oh and take a personal loan out for the replacement heads!!
