Very impressed
Just the job - runs much cooler than the 1.25/2.5/5/10GBase-T version that ran red hot! In my case, it's at the top of an unventilated cupboard and its reported temperature is ~52C in mid (warm) spring.Telemetry is reported by the Unifi device it's plugged into.Cable is approximately 50m of CAT 6 and holds a steady 10Gbe, no stability issues.

Runs cool at 10G with Mikrotik CRS309 with temperature reported
Has been running reliably at 10G in a Mikrotik CRS309. Runs at a relatively cool ~53C (compared to Mikrotik S+RJ10 which runs at 95C+). The module reports temperature, voltage, tx bias current and tx/rx power correctly to RouterOS.The module reports its part number as SFP-10G-T with a manufacturing date of 2024-05-28 and vendor revision 02.I did not need to change any of the autonegotiation settings on either end - both set with autonegotiation enabled and a 10G link was negotiated automatically.

Compatible with Juniper.... but...
Despite the headline of this saying it's not compatible with Juniper devices, this 10Gb SFP+ RJ45 module DOES work with Juniper devices, on the condition that you do not configure 10G FDX on the end device. Tested on EX2300-24p, details below.Model: ex2300-24pJunos: 20.2R3.9If you set autoneg, it all works just fine.Just a pointer, this module WILL show up as an SFP+-10G-SR (indicates fibre), but a very minor issue.show chassis hardware |grep xcvrXcvr 3 NON-JNPR SN-REDACTED SFP+-10G-SRAfter having this for a couple days, I've been getting intermittent dropouts. So if you have a Juniper device, get the one that is specifically coded to work with Juniper. This isn't a total loss for me, I'm getting some ubiquiti equipment that this SFP will be going into.

Comes in a cute tin
Wanted to drop a review in just because of the packaging. It comes in a nice little tin. A bit like the old sweet tins they provided in the old days. Instructions on the lid of the tin. Made out of metal so it’s recyclable if you don’t want to keep it.I’ll update the review when I’ve tested them.

Not quite perfect
I've used a lot of 10Gtek transceivers now but this one just misses the mark for me in a couple of areas. I needed to connect a 2.5GbE device to a Mikrotik CRS309 switch and although this transceiver is detected fine and works for 10GbE it simply won't negotiate at 2.5GbE regardless of what settings I tried. I also made sure I purchased the model that was suitable for Mikrotik devices, because some of them aren't.I purchased a Mikrotik S+RJ10 which is essentially Mikrotik's version of a 10GBase-T transceiver and was significantly cheaper than this 10GTek one. The Mikrotik S+RJ10 negotiates to 2.5GbE fine and it also has DDM which means it reports the temperature of the transceiver etc. back to the switch. It's worth noting that this transceiver works perfectly at 10GbE, and like other transceivers running at 10GbE it does get pretty toasty.Unfortunately this 10GTek doesn't work so well for me with Mikrotik devices which is a real shame.Pros:- Compatible with a large number of devices- Works perfectly at 10GbE.Cons:- More expensive than similar products from other manufacturers- Doesn't seem to negotiate 2.5GbE properly on Mikrotik devices- No DDM support (monitoring of transceiver temperature etc.)

Good product
Ordered 2 x 10Gb SFP+ RJ45 Copper Module 30-meter, 10GBase-T SFP+ Transceiver Compatible for Cisco SFP-10G-T-S, Ubiquiti UniFi UF-RJ45-10G, Netgear, Mikrotik S+RJ10, TP-Link, D-Link.Came in a handy little storage tin. Worked out the box with unifi dream machine pro se. Tested with both cat6 and 6a and no issues on short runs. No problems with heat eitherPleased with purchase and will buy again if needed.

Not compatible with Ubiquiti USW-Flex-2.5G-8-PoE
Doesn't work with the ubiquiti USW-Flex-2.5G-8-PoE as this keeps dropping the connection to my switch. I suggest going for the official ubiquti SFP+ rj45 connector UACC-CM-RJ45-MG, I haven't received any dropouts since.
