Excellent in a pot of Chili. Adds good flavor.
Excellent price for the amount purchased. Much milder in heat level than Jalopeno or Habanero chili peppers and more consistent in heat level than in fresh peppers.

Delicious Guajillo powder I can't find in stores
I love making my own enchilada sauce and burrito fillings with this Guajillo powder. Fresh, nicely sealed. Just wish I could order a larger bag!

More bland than what I'm used to
It's a good amount for the price, but I noticed it's a little blander than what I normally buy which is typically smokier flavored. It did not have a complex flavor profile, no fruitiness, but it's sufficient for making the food I wanted to.

We love this chili powder - it's just a little spicy though it can be adjusted by quantity. The flavor goes really well with many of our dishes, whether they're traditional or fusion inspired. Out of probably a dozen various chili powders in our pantry, we go through the guajillo powder probably three times faster than any others!
