I've tried a LOT of pre-workout supps in the last 15 years. I've been on this product for at least 6-7 years and haven't even tried another product in the last 2-3 years. Very satisfied with it.For the combination of price (this is not cheap, really) vs effect (high effect), I prefer this product and use half-scoop portions.

1). Use it as it INSTRUCTS on the side of the container. With that being said, DO NOT TAKE more than ONE scoop in your serving (but I’m sure some of you love to live on the edge and disregard the instructions completely and then blame the product).2) This produce contains an ingredient that will cause your face to turn red. It’s from the NIACIN in the supplement. Niacin is good for you (i.e. helps guys maintain an erection, gives you additional energy and is...oh yeah...VITAMIN B3).3) It will clump if you don’t use it for a long period of time. The container isn’t immune to ALL humidity. If you leave it sealed, humidity can still affect it. If you leave it in your vehicle (like I did), the constant raising of temperature during the day and the cooling at night can cause condensation in that little container (I was living in NC at the time). Yes, it has one of those bags with beads in it that helps keep the WATER particles in the air at bay but IT ONLY WORKS for a period of time... Everything has a shelf life, so if you let it sit long enough, it will clump.My opinion: I love the sh*t out of this stuff. I cycle off and on it so my body doesn’t get too accustomed to it. My workouts are harder and longer because of it. I’ve tried all the flavors, and my favorites are the fruit punch and blue raspberry (I put 4 stars bc not all flavors are to my liking). The gains achieved during its use remain constant even when I cycle off it.

So I'm fairly new to the gym routine, I go maybe 4 times a week and use protein shakes and powders like this to get over the need for a nap after work. This stuff works probably the best that I've known personally (I've tried maybe a dozen different types of powders), but there are some weird effects that you should probably be aware of.1. Do not make this in advance.Reason I say this is I made a container with 1 scoop in 16oz of Water (for ease of consumption, it can be pretty strong tasting.) and left it in the fridge. Two days later I take it out and take a sip and it felt like I consumed battery acid. I'm not talking just a strong taste, it physically burned my throat and esophagus. This doesn't happen if you drink it straight away, so there must have been some kind of chemical reaction that caused it.2. It could just be me, but it makes every pore in my body hurt.Albeit brief, after about 30 minutes (on consecutive days), the skin on my scalp, arms, back, legs, you name it just stiffen and it feels like they are burning/itching at the same time. I'm not sure on what causes it, but it can be kind of uncomfortable. It doesn't last forever, but I'm sure it could probably freak some people out.Whether or not this is safe to consume, I couldn't say, but I do know that it works pretty well. I used to have trouble lasting 10 minutes on the elliptical but after couple weeks, I'm up to 40 minutes without rest and I only end it there because I time it by episodes of Iron Fist :)

This powder has me ripped and taking off my shirt in front of the mirror at the gym. The men in their wish they were me. I walk into a bar and I don't even have to buy a girl a drink, they just walk into my car now.The directions say two scoops per day. I have been using an entire container in 3 days. I love this amazing product.

I’ve always loved C4. It has the tingle factor but nothing too crazy. I’m able to go so much harder in the gym when I use this. Have never needed to upgrade to something stronger, just cycle off for a couple of weeks if it starts to feel ineffective.

I feel more willing and less fatigued when I use it, I feel an itch that lasts about 15 minutes, but other than that I have nothing to add, as this was the only pre-workout I took, so I need to evaluate it with more time to have a more conclusive opinion. I like the results so far
