Keeps the trach area closed
This helps my breathing so much. I've been trached since 2010 & my trach hole has stretched significantly & it was leaking a lot of air & we've found it to be so much better for me to stay in the conversation.

AWFUL!!!!!
These are awful! Obviously designed by someone without a trach. The velcro doesn't fit well around the canula-leaving thevelco to rub your stoma raw. Don't buy these.

Opening for trach is to small.

Difficult to get on if you are using a gause trach cover. The velcro is not easy to get around the trach
