These work, and produce a nice effervescent drink. They're much more compact than stocking gallons of sugar-free sports beverages. However, the flavor is weak. I add a squirt of water flavoring. That may be an advantage, since I can make up more flavor mixes.

Purchased Feb 2025 for use on long distance international flights, of which we take 2 or 4 per year.- Package states " 3 year shelf life". Expiration date is shown as 09/2025. 7 MONTHS is nowhere near 3 Years. Certainly not using 40 servings in the 7 months before expiration date when not planning to fly long distance until about 5 months from now. The fact that this item is apparently "NOT RETURNABLE" sucks big time. WHY???? - Order history states "eligible for return through March 10, 2025" but when attempting to return, it says item not returnable. NOT GOOD!!!

I have tried almost every tablet out there (Nuun, GU, Hydralyte, SIS, ORS) and these are THE BEST I've had so far. I know you might think these would all be the same, but they are not. My first, and favorite feature of these is that they dissolve quickly! I can't believe how long the other tablets take, the Nuun's take like 5 minutes! These dissolve in under a minute, so I can chug it and go. Second, the flavors are light, crisp and clean, and no chalky aftertaste like some of the others. They also don't use too much flavoring, which makes me feel sick. And lastly, and most importantly, they have MORE of all the nutrients you need. More Magnesium, Mor calcium, and triple the potassium of most others, which is key for preventing cramping.... and Nuun doesn't even have potassium in theirs. As soon as I saw these come out I jumped on them, and I am finally satisfied. These are THE ones!

When we first purchased this product the pill was thicker, on the last order its now thinner, as another customer pointed out and reviewed with photos, I would urge the seller to keep customers happy and not cut corners, prices across the board are now decreasing, so please go back the the thicker pill, and we will come back !

The flavors are very good. I especially like the berry. They dissolve quickly. I've used other brands and so far this is my favorite. For a smaller water bottle they easily break in half with only your hands. I don't tolerate stevia so this fits that need as well.

Got the 4 pack and have been using them once in a while. I was seemingly getting headaches after each use and just tried it again one last time and got a headache again. These have dextrose and sucralose and looks like sucralose is a potential trigger. These also never gave the refreshing hydration feeling/taste like LMNT or similar products do. Tried these as something cheaper and definitely won't be ordering again.
