This helped my Plantar fasciitis when nothing else does. I have been using it in the morning and at night. nothing else seemed to helped my heels and my ankles. This device works wonders and I recommend it if you have Plantar fasciitis pain.

I guess the hip bone is connected to the knee bone is connected to the ankle bone... Or in this case the ligaments. I've had the foot rocker for over 5 years and that only focused on the foot. I purchased this product and it helps not only with the plantar tendon but also the lower calf, upper calf, glutes and IT band. I stretched all of those for 4 days since receiving this and my foot pain is gone

Works well as a beginning process to stretch ankles, feet, and leg muscles. I sit in my desk chair and stretch my legs and feet. Feels good. Very sturdy material that will not break.

This is absolutely wonderful for stretching the plantar fascia, calves and entire back of the legs. It is durable, well made and the loops on the straps are well placed and very sturdy. Great design!

Meh, it's not bad but it could be better. You can tell the manufacturing process made the most of limited production. The belt that you pull should have had a better way to attach to the foot portion. It "pulls" from the center of your foot. It should have had a cross section where it would pull "evenly" across the top foot area. By pulling form the dead center, the toes on the end just fall through the boot. I actually use a towel instead as i get a better "fit" across my foot.

Works like a charm. I’ve had plantar fasciitis for years but it’s never been an issue because i just keep my calves stretched out. A while back though an injury resulted in my inability to bend one of my ankles past 90 degrees under my own power. As a result my pain has been starting to become unbearable. This strap has brought me the first good stretch in months. Thank you!

After you figure out how to put this on your foot 🦶🏼.it works and stretches out your muscles in your calf and in your foot. It feels amazing after stretching out my aching feet 👣 from being on my feet all day at work.
