Took a moment to realise that there is a right way and wrong way to fit it. Initially it didn’t appear to fit onto battery terminal - seemed to small. Just needed to turn it over.

It’s a nice sturdily built product. Unfortunately could not fit it on my Fiat 500 as not enough space next to the negative terminal. Not the products fault though

Very good. Just make sure you fit it the correct way round.

You get what you pay for. Don't pay for this.

1. It was fiddly to fit on a VW Transporter campervan battery, and fiddly to reach once fitted2. It is not obvious to an untrained eye how it works, relying on the black insulation collar3. There is no immediate indication as to whether the battery is isolated or notCombining 1, 2 and 3, my better half decided it was all too much hassle. So after a trip, the battery was not isolated for a while in the autmun, got totally drained and required replacement.I shall be binning this shortly and spending a few extra quid on some battery cable, terminals and a big red marine isolator switch.

I use these Isolators on my classic cars to prevent having to keep the batteries on trickle charge. Also prevents easy thefts.

Nice idea, but doesn't really work. Only fits one way up, but is still too small for a standard UK battery post. The additional post is really thin and I had to buy a battery terminal shim to fit the car cable to. The disconnection feature is poorly implemented and you can't rely on it. I'm using it for now but will be ditching it - avoid.

Used iti mycaravan to ensurethat whilst I have the van in store the battery is totally disconnected. Simple to fit and seems to do the job perfectly.
