Bloo pressure had been at the high side of normal, creeping into to lower side of concerning.Cut back on salt. It didn't work for me but maybe for you
I have been using this for 6 months to lower my blood pressure. Unfortunately, it has not done anything for me to lower it and I have to now see my physician regularly to work on it. Maybe someone else has a different experience than me. I do like that it is affordable and the taste isn't bad. I did not experience any side effects from it from what I can notice. I want to be fair and went down the middle for my review of this item with a 3.

This is a good supplement to health. Capsule is not that big and easy to swallow. Best of all it is made in the USA.
