Amazed at the quality and effectiveness of the workour.I tried Romanian deadlift with the band and it was absolute banger.I have been doing home workouts since last few months .Before that I was regular at Gym.I was impressed with the impact it had on my glutes and core ..Same I used to feel at Gym with 70-80 KG Barbell DL..Infact this is tougher.Have to reach 90 KG yet

There are no signs of tearing or stress, and the rubber feels durable. The resistance level is light, just as advertised, making it perfect for beginners or for physical therapy-type movements. It gives just the right amount of assistance for stretching without being too difficult.

I use this for exercising my ankles and legs. They're very stretchy, durable, and long lasting.

Decent Product

The Boldfit 45–60 kg resistance band is top quality. Even with regular workouts, it holds up perfectly without any damage. Before this, I made the mistake of buying a 60 kg band from Slovic – it tore in just four days of normal use. That’s completely unacceptable. The build quality was extremely poor and not worth the money at all. My honest advice: Avoid Slovic. Don’t waste your money. Go for Boldfit

great product actual and good to use

I had ordered a *set of 3 resistance bands*, and I’m sharing the screenshot for proof. But instead of sending the *purple color resistance band*, they sent a *lower-priced green one*.No one usually purchases this green band because the *quality is not good* compared to its price — there are *better options available from other brands* in the same range.
