Only recently started theseIt’s been two weeks and im starting to notice less pain in my joints. Nothing major yet, but there is a difference, uptake takes time in all supplements. This is certainly easier than mixing your own.

I take these because I believe turmeric is a good supplement
It’s difficult to know what to say about a product like this or similar vitamin products. I believe the advertising which says that turmeric is good for reducing “inflammation “ in the body but I can’t prove it. I don’t even know how regularly you are recommended to take a capsule. I take one every 3-4 days.From the odour and taste there is no doubt these are turmeric capsules. Neither the odour or taste hangs around afterwards.

Ive not noticed any difference really.
Smell horrid n guess if the capsule broke it would taste horrible too, minimal pain relief for my shoulders but i am taking devils claw too so between the 2 i have had some relief but that said im back on tramadol now too so in the long run not really helped me as i wanted to drop the prescription meds.
