They were great. Our Church had a "cup of tea" event. I bought these to make our table unique. I had to tell people how to use them. They really appreciated I put the money out for everyone to enjoy them. I bought my own because I love them and they are a treat. They aren't stale. I'm not an authority on them so I don't know the hardness or what the texture should be like. I learned about these from my friend from Holland.

Delicious as expected! But I was kind of hoping for the individual, foil wrapped versions that I usually get on the airlines. I am concerned about them going stale so I put each stack into a ziplock bag and keep them in the refrigerator.

Very enjoyable quality product. My wife and I were given these on a resent flight. We liked them so much that we purchased a box from Amazon. Nice carmal flavor. The waffer is not too sweet. Purfact ballance of carmal and cookie.
