Great product, reliable, good form factor and comfrotable
App has a lot of features and is very intuitive, I especially find the sleep features useful in planning my schedule. I've found it to be pretty accurate and the Strava integration is easy to use and has had very few hiccups. The size is good and I don't find myself catching it on anything.NOTE: There is a slight design flaw where the wristband can break through normal use, this is really the only detraction. Make sure to use a CC with a warranty extender to purchase this just for peace of mind, otherwise great!

Horrible company and product
Liked it until it stopped working after having it for 6 months. Tried to contact customer service but since it was purchased through Home And Office Supply, and they are not an authorized seller, the warranty was not valid. Once I contacted Home And Office Supply, the only response I received was they have a 30-day money back guarantee. Luckily Amazon customer service was very helpful in getting me a replacement. I will never buy anything from this company again.

The Class of Fitness Chargers
After all of these years Fitbit has it figured out. They are the best in class, for about $125 you get lots of functionality and it all works -- great battery life, a GPS, steps and calorie tracker and also sleep monitoring. Integrates well with both iPhone and Android and covers a wide variety of sports and activities. If you are an uber-athlete or want more sophistication, try a Garmin, but for the rest of us you can't go wrong with Fitbit.

Won't hold up to strenuous activity.
For the price it does a fair job of recording the things it promises to record. The big complaint is the watch band construction, which is plastic, and which will not hold up to strenuous activity. Broke mine while hunting. There is no "fix" for a strap once it breaks loose from the watch. No glue will re-attach it or repair the complicated fixture that holds the strap in place (that's what broke).

Buyer Beware
I bought this Fitbit Charger 4 for my wife for Christmas. She charged the watch and registered it on Christmas day. The band on the watch kept popping off on one side, so she put the large band on it. Yesterday, she said the band still keep popping off on that side. I looked at it during dinner when it popped off again and noticed it was broken.I decided to replace the watch, but Amazon offered only a refund. Since my wife had a Fitbit account for several years, she decided to call customer support. The customer service person asked us to send a picture of the broken watch. The customer service person said the support team would emailed us shortly with further instructions. An hour later, my wife received an email that this watch was out of warranty. My wife called Fitbit customer service again and talked to another customer service representative. We told this person I just purchased this Fitbit Charger watch on Dec 10, 2023 and gave it to her on Christmas day. She also gave the person the support number from the previous call. She asked how something purchased this month was out of warranty (it is a 2 year warranty). The customer service person said the watch she registered yesterday out of warranty and she owned it for 2 years. We explained it was just purchased through Amazon and provided that information. He asked for the serial number next. He said it should be on the Amazon order; it was not. Next, he asked us to find the serial number on the Charger 4 box. The serial number on the box was not found in the Fitbit database. I discovered another serial number under a sticker and that also was not found.Fitbit could not help us, since neither serial number was in their database.Buyer beware: Amazon purchased this watch from a third party and it was out of warranty.

Works Well
No complaints other than an issue where the exercise category doesn't sense more than one exercise session a day. So for example; if I walk at lunch and then hit the gym for intense cardio in the evening, it only ever displays the earlier walk and I can't see the stats from the later evening session which is really odd. Other than that it works great for all other tracking.

Great watch
If you liked the three, you will love the four! It has even more tracking items.

Great but flawed design
The media could not be loaded. I love this item, but it has a flaw in the wristband. After a certain period the screws become loose and the band breaks off. There’s no screwdriver small enough to tighten them. I’ve purchased 3 watches in the past 3 years and they always break after my warranty is up.
