Q: What size is the base of the dolls would they all fit in a 1" pin stand?

There are various shapes of these doll so the base sizes vary. There is a man, woman, boy and girl shape. Only the woman shape fits the pin stands I have. So far as I've ever seen there is only the one size of pin stands. Love these little figures. So many possibilities!

Q: What type of wood are these made of?

don't know but it is very light like white pine or something so it shouldn't overwhelm anything
