Takes time, be patient !!I am now into my fourth month of taking these and I am now noticing a great improvement!Since going through the menopause I noticed how a few of my fingernails had gone totally white and started to thicken in places and crumble from the nail bed. I tried all sorts of fungal nail treatments thinking it could be that! But nothing worked. I was told it could be psoriasis or eczema because the skin can really dry out after the menopause. So looked into various vitamins and came up with biotin and selenium as being a good answer to these skin disorders!!Since taking these I have never looked back!! I can now wear nail polish again. I haven't been able to wear it for the last 18 months or so and I am so happy!😀Also I have noticed my hair is looking thicker and much more healthier. I noticed in particular that my hair along the temples and widows peak had receded ( oh it's brilliant this getting older bit ) !!! BUT now things are on the up ( touch wood ) !! I won't be stopping these and I thoroughly recommend them !!But as I said earlier BE PATIENT !!

Taken these before and found they generally helped with the conditioner of my hair. Very reasonably priced, can no longer afford the very expensive hair supplements, as I have lost this winter's heating allowance, so it's hair or heating!

Be careful these have 10mg of selenium in each tablet which is 25 x the daily safe dosage long term use of such a high dosage leads to selenosis, hair loss and many other side effects . I only realised today after recieving them and taking one . I know I should of taken time to read it properly before purchasing but I didn't but now that I have I would recommend the manufacturer changes the selenium from 10mg to 400mcg as that is the upper safe daily limit .

I bought these to strengthen my nails as they kept breaking and wouldn't grow. Six weeks later I am really pleased with the results, my nails are noticeably stronger and longer. I will continue to buy these. They worked much better than the collagen tablets I had been buying from the supermarket.

Quick and easy to take with no nasty aftertaste.Have been using for a month now to really test product.Noticed my hair is really shiny strong and healthy with extra volume compared to before using this product.Time will tell whether my hair will be thicker due to ageing process but fingers crossed.But would recommend trying this supplement for the other benefits.
