Inside foam is not removable. Dimensions - Exterior 15 1/2 x 6 1/2 x 11" & Interior 12 x 4 1/2 x 6.0"

I have the GTD 500& 600 series and they fit fine.

No, afraid not. The inside compartments are all just holes to put mica in, and the outer, webbed compartment isn't big enough for much more than 3-4 mic holders.
