Want more pep in your step?
My neighbor who is a female senior like me was feeling fatigued for a few weeks. She asked what I was taking to give me so much energy. I buy 2 bottles of Deva multivitamin+ mineral supplements at a time. So, I gifted her a bottle. I suggested she also eat a balanced diet + stay hydrated. She is walking her dog with more pep in her step. She also said she feels better.

The past two days been feeling great so here's what i thought of it barely taste like anything i don't like pills so i chew them up its the fastest way so absorb it and coming from a whole food source like plants its always best so my thoughts on if your doctoring telling your vitamin 12 is high is to take one time a week compared to every day even thats a bit much after second week drop everything down to one or two days a week there are a lot are fat souble vitamins the half life normally three or four days more not always better.

A good plant based multivitamin - with iron!
I have been taking these once a day for the past year and will continue to take them until I find something better.I searched high and low for the perfect vegan multivitamin, one that is easy to swallow, doesn't smell bad or turn your pee different colors. As far as I can tell, it doesn't exist. The DEVA brand are the best I have found so far in that they check moots the boxes on my nutritional needs. I chose this brand because they include iron, which many multivitamins omit. I was told by my doctor that I need to take iron supplements and I wanted to make sure they were coming from a plant based source.Yes, these have a strong smell - though I have gotten used to it. They will also make your urine change color for a short time after ingesting a vitamin. That's most likely because there is a limit to how much of certain nutrients you body can absorb, the rest just pass right through. I also find them hard to swallow, these things are big. Even with these factors in mind I will still keep taking them.I am glad that there are companies like DEVA making vegan multivitamins and I am more than willing to accept that they are not perfect. Of course, a perfect vitamin would be one that has no flavor and dissolves itself automatically in my coffee every morning.Buying these in the two pack (180 pills total) seems like the best deal. If anyone can suggest a better alternative, please let me know.

DEVA Vegan Multivitamin & Mineral + Samara 888 Detox Gummies: A Holistic Health Duo
When I first discovered DEVA’s vegan multivitamin, I was impressed with its mix of plant-based ingredients, green foods, and essential nutrients. But what truly amplified my wellness journey was pairing it with Samara 888 Heavy Metal Detox Gummies. Together, these products offer a holistic approach to health—DEVA handles the nourishment, and Samara 888 takes care of detoxification. The multivitamins ensure I’m getting all the necessary vitamins and minerals, while the detox gummies work to gently cleanse my body of any heavy metals. This combo makes sure my body is both replenished and detoxified, setting the stage for better overall health and nutrient absorption.Since incorporating both products, I’ve felt a noticeable improvement in my energy levels, mental clarity, and even skin texture. The convenience of just popping a tablet and a gummy each day makes it simple to maintain this routine. For anyone looking to balance their nutrition and detoxification, DEVA multivitamins and Samara 888 detox gummies make a perfect pair. They’ve made a significant difference in how I feel day to day. Definitely worth trying!

Recommended for Omnivores/Meat-eaters, believe it or not...
"Oh no, it's another one of those grass eating hippie products that leaves you frail and emaciated!"... is how some people react when they see the word "vegan" on a product. Face it, there is a stigma related to the word vegan, and it's unfounded. Being a vegan is hard discipline (not the urge to resist meat or animal based products, but rather to eat correctly and get everything you need.) Some "vegans" become unhealthy because they just try to stop eating meat and animal-based products without doing the proper research and eating the right things. The reason I put vegans in quotes is because they are NOT vegans, but they are the ones that give the stigma to the word. I am not a vegan, I am a vegetarian due to dietary restriction, but I do appreciate the work and effort that goes into getting a proper diet as a vegan. For those of you that are vegans or nutritional experts, you don't need me to tell you that this product is a no-brainer, you know nutrition far better than I do. Stop reading this review here, click purchase, and see for yourself the results.Omnivores continue reading here:Here's the thing with *most* multivitamins: they are chemically produced, and are difficult to digest. Apparently there have been studies that have shown these multivitamins are not absorbed by the body (meaning excrete them out). What I take away from this is, they are too hard to digest, and that which does, they are chemicals that your body has no idea what to do with it. I remember when I was taking them, I could miss an entire two weeks and not feel any different. This multivitamin on the other hand, while it under-goes some kind of process to get it in pill form, come from plants, fruit, and veggie sources. Things that you naturally eat, your body can digest, and knows how to use them efficiently (kind of encoded in our DNA after thousands of years). After I started these vitamins I can feel a difference. My body feels better, I feel better mentally, and I seemingly get sick less often. The only draw-back that I've found with this product is it uses vitamin D2 as opposed to D3 (which is derived from non-vegan sources). D3 is more efficiently used than D2 by the body (from what I've read). I just started recently supplementing D3 to improve on my crummy mood, and I can honestly say my mood has improved. I admit this could totally be a placebo effect, but if you start taking this, or generally feel like you're in a rut, try D3.... everybody is different, it might work, it might not. I invite you to research these claims I've made yourself before purchasing.Summary (tl;dr): Vegans, Vegetarians, and Omnivores alike will benefit from taking this product. Yes, it costs slightly more than your Centrum/One-a-day's and generic equivalents, but it's worth it to see if what I'm claiming is true at least once. If it is, you'll effectively find out that you've spending 4-8 bucks on vitamins that probably do very little for you. If no difference, you have my sincerest apology, and you might as well go back to your regular ones.
