The coffee will be good, but it’s not a real espresso.
As a substitute for an Espresso coffee machine the Aeropress makes pretty good coffee - not with the same mouth feel and strength, but easily as good as plenty of “espressos” that you get on the high street.I bought it for travelling in a campervan and the ease of use was the primary reason. To gauge the quantity of coffee and water required might take a bit of practice, but I think a small set of electronic scales will do the trick.

Smoothest coffee ever!
First time using this arrow press go along with some coffee beans from Uganda purchased on Amazon from brown bear. Honestly the smoothest coffee I've ever had in my whole entire life! So easy to use and quick to clean, perfect for my hiking trip coming up in snowdonia

Delicious coffee and experience
I had a friend who had one of these and I already know it was great. These are the things I love about it: 1) a good coffee ground will be delicious. You have total freedom to control the water temperature and preparation time, as it is entirely manual; 2) I love how easy it is to dispose of the used coffee. You just pop the compressed ground in the garbage bin and clean the rest; and 3) It is great to prepare a coffee while socializing. Everyone loves it and the preparation process, even those who usually say they don't like to drink coffee.I consider the price a little bit high, but it delivers a great experience and proportional quality. I recently moved and couldn't find a good coffee machine nearby. This one was perfect.

Bought as a Christmas gift for a coffee lover. We use it frequently now. Everything packs and fits away perfectly into the cup which is great. Has everything you need with it. We love to make coffee with this. Cleans up easily (easier than a cafetiere in my opinion). Makes great coffee (provided you buy good quality beans!).
