(Stethoscope Binaural) Replacement Tube by Reliance Medical fits Littmann® Cardiology III® Stethoscope - TUBING (GRAY)

It is a very nice replacement. The grey one looks really nice, I’d definitely repurchase that color next time.

I’ve had this product for a year. Works great. Way cheaper then buying a whole new stethoscope. Customer service is great too.

At first, I thought this tubing was wonderful (and it still may be) but after reviewing it, I noticed that the metal of the earpiece on one side was more floppy than the other. I realized that it was somehow turned a little, and I think the metal may be broken inside because it makes a little popping noise. This may pose a problem, so I'm asking for another set of tubing. We will see.... Otherwise, it fits well, is comfortable, and sounds great. I'm worried about the longevity.UPDATE: The company has great customer service. I was surprised, honestly. They asked for a description of the broken ones, and then sent me a new set of tubing. I have used the new tubing on my Litmann Master Cardiology for a few months now, and I can say that really, the only problem with the tubing is the ear pads. They just don't fit like the originals (I think because they are not quite as soft). They may be a great fit other ears, but my ears prefer the slightly softer pads. Otherwise, I can tell ZERO difference in the sound. If the fit is great, the sound is great.IMO totally worth they money saved.

Bought to replace my Littmamm Cardiology IV stethoscope tubing that cracked after 10 years. I’ve been using this replacement tubing for over a year now and my only complaint is the tubing. It has a very tacky feel to it, not a smooth friction free material like the Littmann. The problem with this is it sticks to and pulls your hair which is very annoying and uncomfortable. If you have very short hair this shouldn’t be a problem. But even tied with a pony tail it catches all my baby hairs on my neck and pony tail.Otherwise auscultation is great and so far has held up from a durability standpoint.

So happy to have found this instead of buying another brand new stethoscope. I am using the earpiece that came with the new stethoscope tubing and it’s working great. So happy o found this!

I needed a replacement tube for my Littmann stethoscope and purchased this one. First of all the stethoscope is functional but the tubbing is so stiff it can almost stand up on its own. The ear pieces do not turn in allowing for comfort when assessing my patients. I went with another brand and glad I did.

Nice color, but did not fit well. Was a little larger and had to cut the end off to use it. Otherwise good.

There’s a trick to make this work like a Littman. So immediately upon opening I really regretted wasting the money until I figured out I could (with much work) squeeze off my old metal earpieces too and use that on the tubing as well. HIGHLY recommend as the cheap earpiece part it comes with (shown in picture) twists immediately as you put them in your ear and you must hold to stay in place. That does NOT work when I am trying to resuscitate a baby at work and auscultate. The tubing itself is same density as my last Littman cardiology III that had a cracked tubing. VERY worth the money vs the $100 littman wanted to charge to send in and replace the tubing. I can’t tell a difference now that all the parts besides the tubing are actual Littman brand now. Definitely will do this again when needed.
