Excellent for baking
Extremely happy as all my baked cakes rise evenly with this gluten free multi purpose flour. No need to add xanthum powder in your baked ingredients when using this flour. It’s a little expensive though!

It is very nice flour when mixed with regular chapati gluten free flour in 50 50 ratio makes tasty butter naan.and also have loch as in gehu ka ata.

Contains milk solids
I was disappointed to find out that this gluten free flour contains milk solids. Many people, including me, who can not tolerate gluten, also can not tolerate milk protein, so the product is useless to me. Please be aware of this before you buy .
