I bought one of those portable nebulizers ages ago that was doing the job but wasn't that powerful. I ended up getting COVID recently, and not too long after that a chest infection. Worried for the health of my lungs, as I also had to use the nebulizer for allergies and other illnesses as a kid, I figured it was time to upgrade to a proper, surge powered machine.It arrived quite quickly, though I will say the item and shipping was pricey. It is tiny but mighty. Comes in a travel pouch, with all the bells and whistles you might need. I really do love the size of this thing. Growing up, I had this ugly clunky massive thing. Happy with how small and relatively quiet it is. It's not silent by any means but it is quieter than many other machines even nowadays as well.I've just started using the machine but it's helped already. So far I used it twice before bed and will try to make a routine of using it at least a few times a week to keep my lungs healthy and congestion free even when I am not ill.

Tested first. Pretty powerful little thing. I tried some cheap £10 ones that advertised regularly. Didn’t do a job as a fine mist medical device. But a humidifier. As a medical device this is great. And size is good for travel.

Such a neat little machine! Small but sturdy. I bought this to help with respiratory relief from cold and croup. It’s is easy to use and powerful enough, emits a good mist for the job, it’s very quiet not silent! Bonus my toddler was happy to use the mouth piece And nose piece straight away but great that there are mask included if needed in the future. The contemporary design and storage bag makes it easy to keep clean and together in one place handy to travel with! Very happy with this purchase.

Small and compact and very quiet not like the bigger machines that make alot of noise.

I'm a physician and I have asthma since childhood. My children also have asthma. As you may imagine, we use our nebulizers quite a lot.We bought this nebulizer after I forgot our traveling kit during the last trip.While the nebulizer per se has been working just fine, the accessories that come with it are of the lowest quality.So, beware! This is not a good first nebulizer. We've been doing just fine because we had extra accessories like plastic tubes and masks; otherwise...we wouldn't be able to use the product.The mask broke, the medicine chamber or container is extremely sensitive to movement and will fall off, and the plastic tube do not fit the nebulizer right.Again, the nebulizer proper is working just fine. But this should not be your first nebulizer, unless you want to buy all other necessary accessories on the side.Honestly, I would have rate it higher if the product was the nebulizer alone. But, since they sell the accessories as part of the kit, these need to be accounted for as well.

Very going product

I bought this small nebuliser as a ‘reserve’ and travel option as I often need need to use one.I gave it one star as it barely works! It must be faulty. There is a slight humidity around the mouthpiece while on, but no discernible steam - so hardly any of the solution gets nebulised.Unfortunately I didn’t try it until preparing for a forthcoming trip, by which time the return window has long passed, but if anyone from Beurer is reading this, I would really appreciate the opportunity for some kind of refund/ return please, as it was a very expensive machine for no result! Thanks.I assume that mine was faulty as others have given good reviews - my advice to you, dear fellow nebuliser user, would be to check it all works before the return window passes! .Ps, I also have a Hangsun machine which works really well, it’s just a bit heavy to travel with, and I am due to go away soon, so if anyone else has a recommendation for a similarly compact nebuliser like this but one that is really reliable....Please let me know! :)

Does what it's meant to do and good quality but they should make it more clearer that one is rechargeable and the other isn't
