Very good curry powder

Good flavor.

I like Sharwood’s Curry very much. My sister uses it to make chicken curry.

I lived in the middle east for twenty years and in England for one. One of the things I really missed when moving to the rural midwest was a good curry. Despite my efforts, albeit halfhearted at times, to recreate a genuine curry, I was never able to get it quite right. I then remembered the curry powder from England that had enabled me, without having to spend hours and hours of prep and having to go to the Asian section of the grocery store, to create a lush curry. I was excited to find this on Amazon and ordered it. It arrived sooner than expected and was exactly what I had remembered. Whipped up a chicken curry that was a delight. Highly recommend this for novice cooks who want to spice up fiber every so often.

O wow. I used to be able to buy this at my neighborhood Safeway. It has been gone for YEARS. Finally, I looked online. It is very expensive but since the taste is so far superior to any other bottled curry powder I've ever tasted in my entire taste bud experience, it is worth it to me. I use it sparingly and lovingly (and adoringly).

I've always used S&B curry powder but I ordered this one because S&B I was looking for was out of stock. I was not expecting much, but I was wrong. I actually liked even better than S&B curry powder. This is very well balanced mix of spices to make curry.

When I opened it to smell it, I thought it smelled really bad. There is a spice in there (not sure what it is), that I dislike the smell of. Wasn't sure if it would be good to cook with but I took a chance and it's great! It adds a really good depth of flavor to indian dishes (even if I think it smells gross).

It’s kinda expensive, but worth it. The only curry powder for me!
