I work as an assembly technician for an energy company. I wore this last week and can't work without it now. Very robust! I would spend the extra money and get the rechargeable one if you plan on heavy use. I got the battery powered one and it works great but I hate having to buy batteries over and over.

Nice for reading & light use. I was expecting something heavier duty for outside & “work” type activities so it doesn’t stay still when wrapped around your neck when your crawling around & underneath cabinets & whatnot, but this is still a good quality flashlight. Holds a charge for a long time

I bought this neck cradled flashlight to use naturally for nighttime activities or when I need some light for some household tasks - walking my dog, grilling dinner in the backyard, working in the garage, changing a lightbulb, etc.I've had it for 5 years now and it's still going and proving its use. It's really convenient to have it hang around my neck and to be able to position the light up and down at varying angles (no more need for my wife or kids holding a flashlight for me). I only took off one star for the battery compartment. You have to twist the red pieces off to change the battery, but there is no locking mechanism. It isn't a big deal, but once in awhile it turns after prolonged use and the battery and flashlight body might pop off. Other than that, it is a good flashlight and has lasted me years.

This is so cool! Perfect when I need extra light on a project that involves use of both hands. Also easier to shine into small spaces. Love the two levels of brightness.

Great quality list and fits nicely around the neck. We use it to take the dogs out at night. Batteries last a while and the lights are very bright. Great for night walks.

TEN STARS !!!!!! I love this thing, I have 2 dogs I need to walk in t he dark in the morning and I hang it around my neck and it lights up everything on the ground so I can pooper-scoop and make my neighbors happy ! It's hands free and works like a charm, I'm going to buy 2 more for back-up

It was used 2 or 3 times during dog walking. I found the on off switch to be difficult to feel to turn on and off for each side, for my use it has more clicks that change the amount of light in each side too, I only need on and off. Then while I was using it one side stopped working. One hand on the leash the other holding the bag makes it clumsy to use for me. Must be good for other uses. It had no reason to stop working. The battery tested brand new when it would not work.I Didn’t think I would return such a tiny item but I wished I kept the box. The next one I bought was exactly what I needed but this too had issues. It was so light weight it slid off my neck when I bent down.
