Aqualisa235019 Shower Hose - 1.25m - Stainless Steel - Chrome

I thought I was buying an exact replacement for my Aqualisa shower hose but this one is slightly different :/It's not quite like the picture and compared to my old one, seems to be wider and the plastic coating is tighter. Not saying it's a fake, it could just be the updated version?After trying it, I can say that the water pressure is good but it's a lot less flexible than the old one. As I'm someone who likes to take the shower head out of the holder a lot, this makes me think it might not be that long before I have another burst hose! Maybe not though, happy enough as it does the job but it isn't exactly as I expected.

I ordered this as a replacement for the hose on my Aqualisa shower, which was leaking from a split in the pipe after a solid seven years service. I considered other, often cheaper, alternatives before deciding to swop like for like. I am so pleased that I did. It was super easy to fit and as the fittings on the end are the same, it basically looks like a brand new unit. Just ordered another one for the bathroom!

Its the worst hose they have ever produced, if you try to use it out of the spray head holder in the shower it kinks too easily, cutting of the water supply. Pure rubbish, now I need to try and find one with nylon coated stainless steel!!

Chose this particular hose over other ones at 1/4 the price (ie. This one was £23 and others were £5) as I wanted the knurled screw ferrule to match the one being replaced... as it was shown in the picture.The hose that arrived did not have the knurling and therefore was no different to the cheaper versions
