CamelBak ThermoBak 3L 100oz Mil Spec Crux

It took me a while to take this out on a run because I hurt my back right after I bought it.When I finally first used it, I was disappointed as the reservoir leaked for the whole race. I did a bunch of troubleshooting afterwards and just couldn't get it to stop. It was leaking out of the sealing ring, but not the theaded cover itself.I was pretty sure I was outside of what I consider the "easy warranty" period so, disheartened, I purchased an alternative and this one gathered dust.However, a few months ago, I was told that CamelBak has great customer service, and there should be a lifetime warranty on this product. So, I gave it a shot.I was pleasantly surprised to find the warranty period was very easy and they absolutely did warranty the reservoir without any argument. I received the replacement last week, and it is free of the defects the original had.They've made a longtime consumer out of me. Thanks for the great service CamelBak!

Mil spec has added features. Like the mouthpiece cover for keeping the grit out of my teeth. Heavier duty components for durability in rough conditions. Smaller than my last one, no backpack storage but I have not missed it that much. Recommended product for sure.

Been using this for along time great way to stay hydrated on the job site

I volunteer at the local animal rescue and this product has been invaluable in the 100+ deg. F. heat indexes we experience after dark. I walk 7-10 dogs per shift and it’s great when I can have my own water and not the shelter’s. Very easy to use, but I wish instructions for cleaning had been provided. However, it’s a small, lightweight package carrying roughly 3 liters of water and keeps it insulated for several hours. The straps can be hard to adjust so be sure you test fit for best comfort during actual use. Failure to do so can have the pack riding too low creating pressure on the clavicle and lower throat which is uncomfortable.

Holy smokes they got it too me. I order this a couple months ago. First one got lost in the mail. The second showed up as the wrong product. But they replaced it with “extreme priority” shipping. Now I have the right one. Amazon’s reputation never made me worry about my money. Very happy with the seller coming through with the right product. I’m a patient person, so I’m happy with the results.

You get what you pay for. My daughter is in the Navy and needed pack. I went right to Camelback because it never let me down in the Marines. Still quality

This is a top of the line product that's been deployed in harsh environments across the world and has stood the test of time since the early 2000s. The negative reviews are just people saying that there's no space to store things on this one when...that's the point? This is a sleek bag meant for strictly one thing; water hydration. That's why I bought. In fact, I bought specifically cause it had no extra storage space. I have a bag for that. There are definitely selections for space if you want that in a hydration carrier made by camelbak.. look in the recommended.

Even in the 90° weather did a great job keeping the water cool.
