I love this product! I wanted a product with vitamin C so I did some research. I have mature and extremely sensitive skin. I read regular Vit C can cause irritation so for sensitive skin it is best to get a product with synthetic Vit C that is easier to penetrate the skin which this has... Anyway, this product does not cause any sensitivity issues and it has no scent which I am grateful for because smell bothers me too. It leaves my skin feeling soft and dewy looking... it is smooth going on and it does not clump when I layer make-up on top of it... a little bit goes a long way. I will definitely be reordering this...

I use this at night after using other actives and before a heavier moisturizer. It feels like a good barrier that helps "lock-in" other products and I wake up with my skin feeling soft and refreshed. The texture is probably too slick and heavy for oily skin but my dry skin loves it, especially in winter and because I live in California where there is very little humidity. If I'm lazy I'll use just this and skip my other skincare steps. While I do appreciate the convenience of the new pump bottle design, I do miss cutting open the tubes at the end to get out every last bit of product. :')

I really wanted to love this but I think the texture of the serum was a bit sticky for me. I didn't really notice any changes in my skin texture but do want to try Paula's regular Vitamin C serum as I've heard good things. Didn't work for me but maybe for someone else. One thing I did like is that it didn't break out my skin or have odor as most Vitamin C does that to me.

I like the texture and the fact that the serum is calming my combination/very oily skin after use of retinol and BHA salicylic acid exfoliator.It really helps with the skin flaking and the redness. And it doesn’t clog my pores or cause the pimples. This is a problem I have with most serums, but not this one.As for the moisturizing, even though it feels kind of slick and oily when applying to my face it sips in the skin and I need a moisturizer on top of it.I wear it day and night.Having some troubles with caking when applying a foundation. But I think it might be due to the matting quality of my foundation. Maybe it’s time to change my foundation.Serum doesn’t have any noticeable scent.For the record I’m 50 and I have been having problems with my oily skin, enlarged pores, blackheads and pimples since I was a teenager.

This product leaves your skin so silky smooth. Not greasy at all. Absorbs quickly and not sticky. Zero scent. I want to slather my entire body with this stuff. Buy this. It’s absolutely 100% worth it.

Makes my skin feeling super soft and supple! It is on the higher end price wise but I think it's worth a try. Compared to cheaper serums I have used in the past, this is by far the best quality. I have super sensitive skin and this didn't irritate me at all. If there is a scent, I didn't notice it.

This goes on feeling oily but soon absorbs into the skin. It did nothing to help soften any facial lines but it does soften and moisturize your skin making a nice base for foundation.

While this stuff may feel kind of weird going on (it is a gel, vs. the usual Vitamin C type serum), I really feel it has made a difference in my skin! I have been using it for a couple of months and just purchased my second tube. It feels "greasy" (not oily but gel-like) going on, but does completely absorb into the skin. I use it at night and my skin feels SO soft in the morning. The texture of my skin also feels more refined and smooth.It is nearly impossible to pinpoint every advantage of this product because I use quite a few other skin care products as well. However, because I use this product at night, with only an eye cream added, I know that the amazing feel of my skin in the morning is due to this product. I also think that it has helped SOME with dark spots and with the general refining of my skin texture.Try to give it a few minutes after application before you go to bed. Or do what I do...lay in bed and read for a while and let it absorb before you go to sleep. I'm a side sleeper, so my face smushes all over the pillow...I lay on my back and read a while to let it absorb.Love it!!
