Helped with itchy scalp
I had a pretty bad case of itchy/flaky scalp and ears. For the scalp, I've tried using ketoconazole and a steroid to keep it at bay, and that helped for a while. Then when the itchiness came back, I used only ketoconazole and it felt like it didn't help. Head & Shoulders wasn't helping either, and I didn't want to use coal tar because of the smell. Redditors claimed this helped, and after applying it on my ears a few times, it really did work! I'm still working on getting my scalp fixed with this because I find the sweat and heat from working out is what flares the condition, but so far it feels like it's helping a lot! Much better than ketoconazole or a psoriasis cream that I bought from the store.

Good product for an MCT beginner
Seems good to me. I don’t have much to compare it to, but I’m enjoying it. I started out with ½ tsp and worked up to 1 tbsp mixed with coffee or other drinks, which solved the nausea and GI issues I initially had with it. It does seem to give me a little extra brain energy when I take it. The package arrived promptly and in good condition, and the oil seems fresh. I’m eager to see what other effects it may have over the long term.

Satisfied
I've been buying this for a year and love it. With any MCT oil, you must start with a low Maisie and work up to a tablespoon. If not then that's when you'll experience side effects like nausea. I follow Dave Asprey and he's very knowledgeable. I buy other supplements from him as well.

It works!
Losing weight has been the hardest thing for me. I have pretty much gone all natural, and my weight fluctuates. The biggest thing I have talked to doctors about is that it goes in, but not much comes out. I am always bloated. I finally decided to do weight loss surgery, and while talking to my nutritionist, she told me about this. I have been adding it to my shake, and in two weeks, I am down 10 lbs. My body seems to be letting go.
