Super convenient but not super healthy. These little pouches deliver a lot of sugar but my kids love them and I let them have one each day when they get home from school as a treat. The Tropical Punch flavor is by far their favorite.

I am single and I don't have kids. But I remember how much I loved Capri Sun as a kid, so I ordered a case.Honestly, whenever guests come over and look in the fridge they always choose the Capri Sun over the other fancy drink options.The packaging is perfect. Be careful as you open them so that you don't puncture the pouch. I will order these again.
