I am unsure about the true efficacy, but my brother and sister in law swears by this.I decided to get it when I was feeling sick prior to an upcoming trip.I took one shy of the recommended dose amount for when you're feeling ill. I was incredibly nauseous and felt worse the rest of the day (skipped other doses) BUT I felt better the next day. Like on the up&up, no longer "coming down with something" Note: I was also taking Vitamin C prior to and after this dose, so that likely aided too.I was feeling super sick, so I don't think it was a coincidence I felt better the next day, but I also don't know if it was worth a day of nausea?It could have also just been my illness? A lot of speculation here... But I'll add one more thing:I am usually sensitive to stuff... So if you're super sensitive to supplements or have a weak stomach, I'd avoid this. However, if you have an iron gut, I think it's worth a try, especially if you need a quick remedy. As mentioned, I know of people that swear by this product.My 5 stars may be weird, but it's because I think it works, I just wanted to note that it may come with side effects too, especially for those that are sensitive like me.

The capsules are easier for me to swallow with milk rather than water. This is one of those times when results may not be as noticeable unless I stop using the product. Sometimes you do not think a product is helping until you stop taking it.I do believe it is helping me be more patient and tolerant.

The effectiveness of the ingredients in this product help keep me feeling well throughout the cold season and even during the warm months. I take 1 daily during. The warm months and 2 daily during cold months. I increase the dosage if I start to feel any symptoms and this will help kick it out of my system or lessen the severity of any sickness I have. These capsules have an odd smell and a weird taste but they are not meant to taste like cherries and all of the ingredients are what give it the odd smell.
