Best Protein Drink Mixer and Milk Frother
With this Bellemain Mixer it now takes me a total of 1 1/4 minutes to make the best, super well mixed protein drink. There is just no comparison between this mixer and the little wand on a stand mixer I used for a couple of years before this arrived. The pictures show1. The mixer and my mug;2. Whole milk at 1/4 cup;3. Mixed for 38 seconds;4. A little cold water and scoop of Chocolate Protein Powder (Allmax purchased here on Amazon);5. Mixed 36 seconds;6. Completely dissolved and still lots of thick froth;7. Same consistency down to the last drop. This mixer not only performs great, it fits nicely in my hand, the wand is long enough to hold upright with no mixture up on its turn spindle connection, the all stainless steel rinses and drys easily, and it stands securely upright in the cupboard with all my coffee canisters and protein mix canister.I have also used this as just a milk frother and added hot coffee for yummy Cappuccino.Yes, yes, yes is my recommendation for this 2-speed mixer.NOTE: 2/02/19 To cut out the double mixing this morning, I just put cold milk, cold water, and scoop of protein powder in cup and mixed it up. It was not as frothy, completely disolved, and took around 38 seconds. There was also some watery mix at the bottom of the cup. OK and quick but I still like the other way better.

Impressive little thing
No, it's not actually "professional" grade, but pretty close - way more solid and powerful than the few others I've tried, and makes the IKEA one seem like a cheap little toy (though for only $1.99 who can complain)Most notably, the higher "speed" isn't much faster than the low speed, but is much more powerful - very good for mixing something thicker, but likely to cause thin liquids to overflow anything other than a tall glass.I'm also very surprised at the long battery life - after being used at least daily for months I still haven't recharged the AA batteries.Bottom line - basic, effective, and very solid. And a good value

Small, mighty and SILENT!
This little thing does NOT disappoint! Small, mighty and sturdy! I use it to make my bullet proof coffee in the mornings as my 2 kids were sick of "mommy's loud coffee" (used to use a small blender). It's silent, and very easy to use once you get used to it. I had never used a milk frother before, so I made a few messes in the beginning. A few days after delivery I got a "tips" email from the company (unsolicited but VERY appreciated!!) Those came in quite handy and now I'm a pro!! No more "loud coffee" in this house, but great GREAT silent and frothy goodness!! My mom was so impressed she ordered one on the spot after seeing mine! (I was not compensated in ANY way for this review.... it's just THAT good of a product!!)

Really Does it
I wanted to wait a bit before reviewing. It works great. In fact it can whip my protein powder faster than the other one I had before. I have had this for 8 months and so far with the same batteries. I use it about every other day to blend my protein powder and completely blends in seconds. It's relatively easy to clean as the end spiral piece is the only time area to focus on. I dry it off each time after use to avoid any water getting into the handle. So far, truly a great product.

Good at what it does
Out of the box, the Mini Frother is good at what it does, looks good, feels (and it is) sturdy, has enough power and speed to froth cold or hot milk and much thicker liquids.Like many other appliances, it lacks a little bit of engineering detail, which could've been achieved without extra effort:- The battery cover slides a little easier than ideal. It would've been a snap to include a bump in the cover guide...- The switch does not return to OFF by itself. Very easy to forget, or accidentally turn or leave it ON, since the appliance is not very noisy. A momentary (push) switch would've been much better, and equally easier to implement. Also:Do yourself a favor, save some money in the longer run and put NiMH rechargeable batteries inside - the motor is really powerful, which is good (it takes around 3A at maximum speed) and therefore it works best with rechargeables. It will go through batteries faster than you'd like (theoretically, around 1-1/2 hours per battery change or charge). However, do not use it with NiCd rechargeables, since there is no low voltage shutoff and it can compromise your batteries - NiMH batteries are way more tolerant). How you insert the batteries doesn't really count, as long as you insert them in opposite direction - in case you don't see the small sticker indicating the polarity, on the vertical wall of the battery compartment.YES, I would recommend this little toy to my friends,

Best of its kind! Built to last!
Bought this about a year ago to replace a similar product that wore out too fast. These cost less and easily outlast everything else in their class. These are made to froth milk. I use mine to whip heavy cream into whipped cream for my keto coffee. I've used this at least twice a day, every day for almost a year and it shows no sign of slowing down or wearing out. The only reason I remembered to write this review is because I returned to the item page today to buy 2 more, just in case they stop making them. Eventually my heavy use will wear this one out and at this price, it is easy to buy a couple backups. The problem with over-engineered products made over seas like these is you don't see enough repeat sales. If it rarely breaks, you don't need another one. Eventually they just discontinue the model, retool an make something else more profitable. My advice, don't buy just one, buy two while you still can.
