Overall, I really like these lights. They have a very nice look.Biggest gripe is that installation is not the easiest I have experienced.If you purchase these have a short phillips head screwdriver on hand it willmake installing the metal ring that holds the glass globe in place a bit easier to deal with.These lights "hug" the ceiling a bit and you attach the metal ring from the top side down.I found that if you loosely fix on the the screws first then slide in the glass globe, it makes iteasier to complete the install. Fortunately, it is a fairly light weight so you can install on your own.Also, these do not come with bulbs, so you will need to have those on hand and although they are a standard light socket, you will need bulbs that are shorter than a standard light bulb to fit.Was happy with it once completed

These were disappointing - did not really look like the picture at all. The glass is very thin and does not have anywhere near as many "bubbles" as shown. The glass in both fixtures we bought had little tiny bubbles that are hardly visible...did not provide the dramatic effect the pictures imply.The light was easy to install but the metal arms and drop tube bend easily - even being careful it I had to bend the arms so I could attach the glass support. The drop tube ended up not being vertical so had to carefully bend it as well.I'm keeping them because a return is too much hassle...and I've spent too long looking at light fixtures. Was going to buy a third one for the entrance hall but I don't think so now.

Seeing this just in the listing vs seeing it mounted are 2 different perspectives.Wife wanted it, so I bought it; I had my doubts until I had it installed in the bathroom!We added some 5k Edison LED's to it and it is incredible.

This design makes it almost impossible to install with out 3 or 4 hands.I like the look but not worth the risk of breaking while installing. The glass is single blown ans weak, on came to me broken which isnt the manufacturer's fault but shows the sturdiness of the glass.

This looks nice enough once installed. Give yourself plenty of time to install it though, as the screws (and spheres to secure) to attach to the ceiling are incredibly tiny and located right next to the metal arms that hold in the glass globe. It took two adults to try and make sure the spheres were tight enough so that the fixture didn’t fall from the ceiling.

Finally upgraded the "builder grade" light that was installed when we moved in. Light fixture is very attractive but I find the light is very harsh when lit with the recommended edison bulbs

I think the light is beautiful, and it adds warmth to the top of my stairs. However, the location is what caused the problem with the installation. With it being so high up, it was challenging to keep the glass in place while screwing the metal parts together at such a height. Perhaps, a spring joint or something like that would be easier to work with.

The glass was very thin on these, never had the chance to install them, one was delivered broken so returned them. I can say their customer service is great
