I decided to try this because of the reviews and also I am a vegetarian and do not like onions or garlic. I have always been making my own BBQ sauce, but decided to try this out. It turned out to be runny and too vinegary for my taste. It tasted more like very sour tomato sauce than BBQ sauce.

As someone who doesn't have any allergies its been tough finding sauces for the girlfriend to use, this BBQ sauce is amazing! My only gripe with it is the price on Amazon specifically when you can order from Fody Foods Canada them self for cheaper (which is why you get a 4 star review lol).Definitely will repeat buy the item often though.

It’s a decent starting point for making your own sauce. Without adding anything else to it, it tastes pretty much like sour ketchup with the consistency of tomato paste. Continue building on it with seasonings, though, and you can have a great low-fodmap bbq sauce.

This BBQ sauce tastes like regular BBQ sauce, only it comes without the pain.Excellent, FODMAP-friendly condiment that I use on every type of grilled meat, including game, fish and poultry.

This BBQ sauce is a great alternative to the high FODMAP varieties! Honestly, I don't even notice a difference. The only thing to be aware of is that it is a small container considering the price, so I use it sparingly.
