Tried many protein shakes in the past and ended up throwing them away as they tasted too artificial. Was happy to find that this one is very different, the chocolate silk flavour is nice, it says two scoops but one scoop per serving is more than enough as it’s too sweet otherwise. I use unsweetened almond or oak milk add a teaspoon of almond butter, tsp of cacao and sometimes half an avocado to thicken it up and blend with ice, keeps me going through lunchtime.

I don’t expect products like this to taste like something I’d want to drink, so I got this flavour as a neutral base to add things.I just made this up with 3 ice cubes, 300ml almond milk and a teaspoon of matcha powder and it was delicious, genuinely.I can’t vouch for how well it shakes as I used a blender.I plan to try it with cinnamon, cocoa, coffee and also peanut butter powder. It’s pretty sweet so anything you add needs to be sugarless - but I’m pleased with this and hope it’ll keep me full enough to work out as a meal replacement. The nutrition in it is pretty decent too - it’s great to see it has a decent vitamin c content which is a supplement I need to take - looks like I can stop on the days I drink this, so I’m pleased so far.

Pleasant to drink, reasonably good texture, not thick but not that thin either. The chocolate taste is subtle but is there. The graininess I find enjoyable, gives a little chew with each mouthful, feels like very fine oats which it may well be.The sweetness is not as high compared to some others although it does leave an artificial sweet flavour lingering after finishing the drink, which is not pleasant. I generally wish all these shakes were less sweet and I have a sweet tooth.The flavour blends well with a piece of banana which also improves the texture slightly. Mixed with milk the texture is again improved as is the taste and the sweetness is also tempered, with milk this is a highly enjoyable milkshake experience, however calories are very high so I just use water.I would buy again. Maybe not from Amazon though, the pricing is erratic and often high.

I only purchased a week's supply of this product to give it a go.. I had it everyday for my lunch time meal replacement. I really liked the taste and it was also pretty smooth on the tongue ..although it is a bit watery so use less than recommended.

On first use I mixed it with unsweetened almond milk but it was too heavy for me. Then I started drinking with water however it tastes powdery so I haven't been drinking it regularly which is why I haven't noticed any results yet. The flavour is good and I personally found it too sweet.

I bought the vanilla creme flavour on the basis of various good reviews. I've used several different varieties of protein powder over the years and managed to use them all, most have been quite pleasant to drink. Not this one!First time trying I mixed with coconut milk, managed 4 sips before I thought I was going to be unwell. It was lumpy (I used a blender not a shaker), didn't mix well and felt powdery in the mouth, then just the most awful taste and then a really strong artificial sweetner taste which lingered horribly.I gave it the benefit of the doubt and tried mixing it just with water the next time. It was just as grim.I am not a fussy eater by any stretch, but I cannot stomach this flavour, it's awful. Product is not returnable so it's just going to waste, which is why I'm leaving this review so that people can be cautious over at least which flavour they choose.

Compré el de vainilla y sin duda tiene un sabor espectacular, muy conseguido. Hasta le pillo el de caramelo salado a veces. Es cierto que arta mucho, sacia bastante y he bajado de peso sustituyendo cena y desayuno. A parte es importante comer cada 3h algún snack saludable, almuerzo con mucha verdura y sólo una proteina...y hacer algo de ejercicio. Los milagros no existen pero cuidarse tampoco es tan complicado. Un 10 para éste producto..si el vendedor me quiere regalar algo por ésta pedazo de reseña, lo acepto jajajajajaj!! Raqme03 telegram

Buon prodotto, completo, efficace. Con una dose sono abbastanza sazio. Unico problema il sapore (panna fragola), davvero disgustoso.

Lange habe ich nach einem Proteinpulver bzw. proteinreichen Mahlzeitenersatz gesucht - endlich habe ich es gefunden!Als ich im Ausland (USA) war, habe ich mir angewöhnt einen Shake als Frühstück zu trinken. Dies wollte ich auch wieder zuhause in Deutschland beibehalten, allerdings konnte ich bisher einfach kein Pulver finden, was mir wirklich geschmeckt hat.Das leckere Pulver aus Amerika (Body Fortress Whey Chocolate) gibt es hier leider nicht, also habe ich mich durch sämtliche Marken und Varianten durchprobiert, um meinen morgendlichen Kaba-Ersatz zu finden. Die Wheys von ESN, More oder Ironmaxx waren geschmacklich leider überhaupt nichts meins. Auch Chunky Flavor/Flav'n'Taste mit Skyr/Quark und Milch haben meinen Geschmack nicht getroffen.Durch Zufall bin ich auf das Weight Loss Kick Off Bundle von Protein Works gestoßen und dachte, ich probier das jetzt einfach auch mal aus für den günstigen Preis. Was soll ich sagen? GEIL!Das Pulver trifft 100% meinen Geschmack, sowohl Chocolate Silk als auch Banana Smooth sind genau das, was ich gesucht habe. Zugegeben, Strawberry Cream ist jetzt nicht ganz soo geil aber die anderen zwei Geschmacksrichtungen reichen vollkommen aus. Besonders in der Kombination mit jeweils einem Scoop echt unschlagbar.Es schmeckt ein klein wenig nach Hafer (was ja auch mit drinne ist), was ich persönlich aber sehr lecker finde. Schmeckt quasi wie Schokomüsli mit Kaba. Einfach geil. Durch den Hafer kommt auch ein ganz klein wenig Substanz mit rein, was eine sehr angenehme Konsistenz verursacht.Direkt auf Amazon nachbestellt, weil es nach wenigen Tagen bereits leer gefuttert war.Bin so froh endlich *meinen* Shake für morgens gefunden zu haben. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Buon sapore e aiuta molto nella perdita di peso con una alimentazione sana ed esercizio fisico costante. Ovvio non ci sono miracoli!!!!
