GE 15075 24 Hour 2 Outlet Indoor Heavy Duty On/Off Timer, White

I needed something that was simple & easy to use & this is perfect.

We bought these before a trip to turn lights on and off at regular times. My husband didn't want an electronic timer to avoid more parts that could fail easily or not work in a power outage. We use these timers daily to turn on a few lamps at regular times each day. We have found that if the timer is in a place where it can be bumped, it is easy to bump a tab, causing it to turn on at different time. Also, I have accidentally placed something against the timer, keeping it from moving to the correct time. If unobstructed, it works consistently. Have used for a couple of years.

Easy to operate. No more going behind evergreen bushes to plug/unplugging Christmas lights.

Needa cheap timer? This is one for sure. Stupid design for setting up the off/on but it works.

I am glad I purchased this item. I purchased a fancy dancy one that was digital and "easy to use." HA! I wanted on to be able to be able to use it at variable times when I am away, but I NEVER got the other one to work at all. I am VERY pleased with this one. It worked immediately and I may purchase another one for other purposes. ;-)

Not much to say about a power outlet. Hasn’t burned my house down.

Dual plug timer. Very easy to program. Works as advertised.

I purchased the GE Electromechanical Timer in November. I personally own a 1 hour timed remote controlled TENS unit and each remote power unit needs to charge for five minutes, then turn off for 1 minute, then charge for five more minutes, and then turn off, and repeat the process. This is necessary to keep the remote power units fully charged and ready to use. Keepiing an accurate actual time is only required to keep track of elapsed time for the multiple repeated cycles.Because of this limitation, I purchased a programmable timer capable of one minute on, one minute off and repeat, or 1 second on, 1 second off and repeat, or x minutes on and y minutes off and repeat, or any programmed time on and any programmed time off at multiple exact times during the day with changes made each day of the week. It is the Timer Outlet, Mutlifunctional Infinite Repeat Cycle Tiimer Plug ON/OFF capable of handling a single grounded three wire 1800 Watt circuit at 120VAC. I used a three-way grounded splitter since I needed two controlled circuits instead of one. I purchased it in December 2020 and am using the electromechanical timer for simpler purposes.
