Q: Can i fill this with gasoline and pressurize to 165psi and use it as a flame thrower to light my charcoal grill like a boss?

You don't need to use gasoline to do this. wd40 works fine. If you remove the inner-nozzle atomizer to get a long stream, just mix in just a little bit of acetone to help ignite better.

Q: how is it pressurized?

Compressed air from a tank or compressor. It as a schrader valve on it it just like a tire. So you fill it with fluid and then pressurize it just like a tire. It will accept 165psi.

Q: Can the stream from the nozzel be adjusted?

The spray pattern is not adjustable.

Q: Will it spray motor oil?

Never tried anything with that type of viscosity but I don't see why it wouldn't think there would be an issue spraying oil.
