Q: I want it to vacuum certain rooms daily and others less frequently. Is this something I can program it to do automatically without physical barriers?

Yes. You can mark "areas" in the software map and then you can set different schedules. (e.g. On Mon-Fri clean areas A, B & D starting at 5pm. On Wed & Sat clean Area C starting at 11pm.)

Q: Anything else we can do to get it to mop better? If not, we’ll be returning it.

I keep delete the map and set it to default to discover and update the house map but it still didn’t work well, i don’t know what should do more? If it’s possible to return it will be better. Thank you

Not sure. Have you gone through the set up and registration. I used the QR Code on the Ecovac to set up? Also there is an app that you can download that helps utilize all of the features it provides. That’s about all the advice I have.

Q: Does the clean inside and outside of the window?

You will need to place the unit on the inside of the window and then when it is done, put it on the outside of the window. The unit cannot move from inside to outside by itself. I am unaware of any window cleaning robot that can do that
