I had been looking for some time for a budget-friendly wireless headset, primarily for use on the Xbox Series-X. For anyone that has been looking for a wireless Xbox headset, they know the options are limited, especially budget-friendly options. I came across this product and read the mostly positive reviews. Once there was an enticing sale came across my notifications, I had to jump on it.The headset arrived and I excitedly opened the box and started to put it together per the instructions that came in the box. The instructions were somewhat confusing and seemed to contradict itself at times in terms of the order of operations. However, I was able to put everything together and was happy to finally have a functioning wireless headset. However, this did not come to fruition. While the headset itself seemed to work and sound was coming through it, the microphone DID NOT work whatsoever when being used as a wireless headset. I then plugged the headset directly into my Xbox controller to see if the mic worked that way, which it did, but this only made the problem more glaring that it could not be used as a wireless headset, which this product was intended to be used as. When I went back to wireless, the mic still did not work. Additionally, a slight buzzing sound could be heard through the left side of the headset when in use as a wireless or wired headset.For the above reasons, I had no choice but to return the product. Hopefully, this was simply a unique mechanical issue and others don't suffer the same fate. I have seen the numerous positive reviews and hope those are true and honest depictions of the product. But I felt it was right to provide an honest review of my experience with this product.

This is exactly what I was looking for!!!The Headphones are very comfortable and they have a sophisticated look. The microphone can be plugged and unplugged and it has great quality.The sound is amazing, it has evolving surround system.It is light and comfy, you can manage volume control options and it is easy to pair to the XBOX. Definitely a good accessory for gamers.

This headset was a gift for my husband and so far, he loves them! They are so comfortable and the audio and mic work fantastically. However, there were two things he said that are worth mentioning to other XBOX USERS...1) HOW TO FIX THE CONSTANT BUZZING SOUND.The first pair we got had a constant buzzing sound and we thought it was broken, so we returned it. To our surprise, the second pair did the same thing. My husband, being an experienced Xbox player, knew the Bluetooth jack was pushed all the way into the controller. However, it still made the buzzing noise. My husband said he had to push it in all the way until he did not think it could possibly go further, and then keep pushing with a greater strength. When he did that, the buzzing stopped and has not occurred since... So step one, push in until it clicks and won't go any further. Step two, push even harder until the buzzing stops.2) HOW TO FIX THE MICROPHONE.Many reviews from Xbox users claim the microphone did not work. At first, I experienced the same issue. Then, after messing around for about 30 minutes I found a solution. I joined an Xbox party by myself so I can see if it shows any feedback from my microphone. After ensuring the jack is plugged in all the way, you have to use your your fingers and just tap on the Bluetooth jack until it starts working. I know that sounds weird, but it works! It's like you have to tap it awake. You do not have to do this every time if you leave it plugged in always. If you always unplug and plug it back in, then sometimes it will require a few wake up taps... Most of the time, it takes anywhere from 5-15 seconds of tapping on the jack and muting/unmuting yourself. But eventually it works and then there are no further problems with it. Sometimes your taps need to be a little harder than you'd like, but not hard enough to break it.Once you get past those two things, there are no problems and the audio and mic capabilities are pretty fantastic for the price! I have had many pairs of headsets, and these ones are some of the most comfortable ones I've had! I would definitely recommend to any Xbox users for sure. Just remember those two things above when first setting it up and you'll be good to go.

Now I have bin getting a lot of headphones for the kids and my nephew loves this headphones so much it’s looks exactly like the picture it’s a very comfortable and is perfect for his PS 5 he says the surrounding sound feature is perfect. It’s lightweight and great battery life.

Probably the best budget headset I’ve used. It’ll connect to any device and you can even remove the microphone and plug in like a yeti or any other better mic! The sound quality is clear and the mic works well. The volume control is great and I’m glad that it has a switch to mute the mic. It’s also a comfortable headset and is very light which I LOVE. Also the green lights are super cool and are great for the xbox aesthetic! I definitely recommend this headset to those not wanting to spend a lot.
