I bought this because I drink a lot of tea and it’s great in earl grey or chai teas. If you are a tea drinker and like honey in your tea I would 10/10 recommend this. Tastes great in a London Fog too.

I have been trying different teas from Republic. I love their vanilla almond with this Mexican vanilla honey! Such a treat!

I use this in my morning tea for my sweetener. The flavor enhances my tea which makes my tastebuds happy. The vanilla hits just the right notes for me.

Originally bought this at a tourist town here in NM where I live. Fell in love with it and found it on Amazon for half the price. It's a very tasty product on English Muffins or toast or ice cream. I was also VERY impressed with the packaging from the seller. Coming from MN to NM I was sure it would arrive broken especially with the way our USPS peeps handle our mail out here. But it was extremely securely packaged, sent Priority and arrived timely and in one piece. Great job!

This is my son’s favorite honey and I put it in his morning tea before school. I just wish it was a little cheaper but other than that great product.

Blue Cattle Trucking Co. makes among the very best Mexican Vanilla extract, so when I saw they also had a vanilla-infused honey I knew I was in for something good. Essentially, this is a small jar of high-quality honey infused with vanilla bean. You can see the little vanilla specs in the honey, and as soon as you open the lid you get a whiff of the combined honey-and-vanilla scent, it’s really cool!Flavor: So far I’ve tried the new honey in tea, in a sandwich, and on crackers with some brie and I would definitely recommend all of those pairings. The vanilla lends itself to the sweeter applications of honey (like above), but I could also see it used in a savory marinade, as long as you don’t mind some complexity in the result. That said, this is a honey worth tasting, so I would probably stick to basic honey if I was mixing it into a recipe.Verdict: An excellent pairing you have to try! If you use honey in your household frequently, this is a great way to mix it up with something special and tasty. Since it’s honey, the shelf-life is extremely long and you can use it pretty sparingly to add a kick of extra vanilla-sweetness to something you’ve gotten used to.

I had been using a vanilla honey from elsewhere which was really good but hard to come by. I tried this on a whim and was very impressed. When I opened the jar, I was overwhelmed with the awesome odor of vanilla. I use it in green tea and oatmeal and found that it is not at all sweet which is what I really like about it and has that perfect vanilla flavor. I think I like this better than what I had been using so I will now stick with this and buy again! Highly recommend though it is a small jar that will go fast.
