Q: How is the comfort? Is it firm? Or is it like a memory foam topper like soft ? Is there wight limit ?

I purchased this mattress because I have had back surgery and have had other memory foam mattresses which I loved. I bought this one because I was changing bed size and this one said it is like sleeping on a cloud. However, it is way too firm. I can't sleep because it makes me hurt too much. This is my 3rd Zinus, first time I have been disappointed.

If looking for a "bounce back" from a foam mattress, then look into latex. It has a better "return" than most foams and has good longevity.

Q: Is the cover removable for washing? Is it machine washable and dryable?

On their website, Zinus says about this (and all their mattress covers): "The cover is not meant to be removed and is not washable. Please follow the care instructions on your mattress label. We recommend using a mattress protector to keep your mattress like new."
