The product was recommend by a doctor to mother as was suffering from extreme cough. The gave high dose of medicine also but then also she was having cough so doctor recommended her this product and also the honey sitopaladi mixture. After continues use of both she got relief. Don't know exactly if was this product or sitopaladi. But she was taking sitopaladi from starting if cough. Also this product contains most of the herbs which are beneficial in cough. So now we regularly consume this product in winter as in summer time creates heat in body for some people. I would suggested to use it. It is little costly but is very useful.

The product is good and I can say regular consumption helps in preventing cough.But, the consistency in quality is not upto the the mark.The taste of second unit is different from the first and it also had issues with packaging (white cover instead of red and plastic container is bit flexy).Just giving 3 stars for the 1st unit i received.
